Our Excavation and Land Clearing Services in Sparta, TN

Why Sparta, TN Residents Choose W Services Land Management and Excavation

Sparta is a small town. Word travels.

We've built this business on doing what we said we'd do, when we said we'd do it — and most of our work in White County comes from people who heard about us from a neighbor.

We show up when we say we will

When we tell you we'll be there Tuesday at 8, we're there Tuesday at 8. For the quote, for the work, for everything in between. That's the bar, and we don't lower it.

You deal with Sebastian directly

Not a salesman, not a foreman who hands you off. The guy quoting your job is the guy running the equipment on your property. If something needs to be adjusted mid-job, it's a conversation — not a change order.

You'll know the price before we start

Walk-through, honest number, written down. No "well, we ran into something" surprises at the end. If something genuinely changes during the job, we stop and talk to you about it first

Equipment that fits the job

The 8,000-lb mini excavator gets into spots a full-size machine can't, the 72" brushcutter clears thick stuff fast, and the bobcat skidsteer handles everything from grading to finish work. Right machine for the property — not the other way around.

Local knowledge

We know the soil out here. We know what the ground does after a hard rain in White County. We know which back roads the gravel trucks can run and which ones they can't. That stuff matters when the job is in your yard.

All American Truck and Trailer Repair — Sparta, TN

Underground electrical service, waterline replacement, and driveway tile upgrade for a commercial shop on the edge of Sparta.

The electrical ditch turned into the kind of job that makes for a good story. Around 36" deep we hit a spring, and the water didn't stop running. Made a muddy mess, but we got the 3" conduit run, connected, and buried — passed inspection and left it ready for the electric company to pull wire.

While we were on site, we pulled up the old waterline and replaced it with 3/4" PEX. Then took out the rusted 12" driveway tiles and dropped in 24" HDPE tiles that should last a lifetime. The bigger tiles also widened the driveway, so the shop can welcome in every dump truck and semi that pulls up.

Septic System Install in Sparta, TN

New septic system put in the ground for a residential property in Sparta. 1,000-gallon tank with a chamber-style drain field, sized and laid out to handle the home's needs without crowding the lot.

Set the tank, ran the lines, installed the chambers, backfilled, and passed inspection on the same job. Covered up clean and ready for the homeowner to move forward with the rest of their build.

Excavation and Land Clearing FAQs for Sparta, TN Customers

  • Depends on the property — acreage, how thick the growth is, what you want done with the debris, and the access. We come out, walk it with you, and give you a real number before we touch anything. No guessing over the phone.

  • Most weeks we can be out for a quote within a few days. Job timing depends on what's already on the schedule, but we'll tell you straight up when we can start — not a vague "soon."

  • Yes. Sparta's our hub for this part of Middle TN, and we cover the smaller communities all around it.

  • Nope. Once we've walked through the job and we're aligned on what you want, we can run it without you on site. Lots of our customers are out of state or at work during the day. We send updates and finish the job either way.

  • The property gets left clean. Brush handled, ruts smoothed out, no trash left behind. That's part of the job, not an extra.
